Anti Aging Remedies

About a month ago I started to look at myself in the mirror and think, 'wow I'm looking like I'm getting old!' I guess that's what happens when you're in your mid-30s! I don't know about you, but I plan on aging gracefully (and as naturally as possible)!

If you haven't learned by now, I'm a big fan of essential oils and organic ingredients. What you put on your skin, you should be willing to eat, since it's all going to the same place! Our skin is our biggest absorber and filtration/detox system, so using some mindfulness when you put something on your skin is pretty important I'd say!

That being said, I've started to realize that it's time to up my hydration levels, firm up my skin with these 2 new products, practice more yoga to purify and send more prana (life force) to my cells, get outside in the sun/nature everyday, and start receiving harmonyum healing sessions regularly to look younger and radiant!

My favorite skin care line, Evan Healy, offers a clay mask to do weekly to remove impurities, firm, tone and hydrate your skin. It takes about 10 minutes to dry before you rinse it off, feels cool going on, smells healing, and tightens your skin immediately. I think it's super fun and the results are immediate!

My other favorite Ayurvedic supplement line offers a Beauty Balm for many uses, especially for around the eyes. It's soothing and smells like beauty! Use it at night before bed, on your lips, your hands and feet for deep hydration!
