Do you get your 'daily dose of dense nutrition' in each day? When I was vegan/macro, I used to be in the kitchen all day cooking up grains, greens and beans, but now that I've found a 'balanced diet' that works for me, I don't want to be in the kitchen all day anymore! Who does?

Berry Banana (from shakeology recipe website)

1C almond milk

1/2C frozen wild blueberries

1/3 frozen banana

1/2tsp cinnamon

1/4tsp nutmeg

1 scoop vegan vanilla shakeology

Blended together for 30sec in blender.

Tropical Strawberry

1C coconut milk

1/2 banana

1/2 orange

1 scoop vegan tropical strawberry shakeology

PB and B

1C almond milk

1TBS peanut butter

1/2 banana

1 scoop vegan vanilla shakeology
