Being that we are in the heart of the Pitta season, that is summer, my Pitta can become aggravated easily. This drink was prescribed to me by Sivan of the Seed of Health so that I stay cool and clear.
In a juicer, juice 1 cucumber, 2 green apples and 1 lemon. Then, blend it together with 3 pinches of himalayan pink salt and 2 TBS of aloe vera gel (Lily of the Dessert brand) and enjoy!
