New Year, New You

Happy New Year everyone!

I hope you all had a chance to reflect on your 2018, and notice which areas of your life are working for you, and which aren't.

As we enter into 2019, during these next 12 days, the universe supports us in helping to manifest our desires, so be sure to get clear on what you'd like to change in those areas that didn't work for you, so you can have a prosperous, abundant, successful 2019!

With this clean slate, let's re-dedicate ourselves to self care, because as I just read in People Magazine, "self care isn't selfish, it's an essential act of kindness that helps us bring our best selves to everything we do."

I've had many talks with clients over this past week about the changes they'd like to make in their lives, and the best advice I can give you is to stay true to your intentions.

With every action or conversation you have, let that always be aligned with what you desire.

For instance, if you want to become successful in your career, get healthier, or find love, be sure to only spend your time and energy on those things.

Schedule those yoga classes in your calendar before you book anything else that week, create blocks of time in your calendar to work on your business/change your career, spend time doing only the things that bring you joy -- so you attract more of what you want/love into your life.

We know this, but let's be really conscious about it and intentional with every choice we make this year - or at the very least for these next 12 days/month.
