For the love of Ayurveda and all of it's wisdom! This Golden Milk Tea is so cozy and relaxing to drink before bedtime. Turmeric is the mother of anti-inflammation, along with ginger, and together, they make a great immune boosting duo! I don't know how I came across this particular recipe, but nevertheless, I made it, and have also tried some other variations along the way, but I think this one is my fave!
2C almond milk
1tsp turmeric powder
1/4tsp black pepper
1inch ginger grated
1tsp raw honey to sweeten after all ingredients are heated up in a saucepan on the stove.
Whisk ingredients together and heat over medium till it starts to bubble, then turn it down to simmer for 5 minutes. Strain the ginger, add the honey and enjoy! <3
