Together we will define food and habits that will support you to maintain a healthy weight, high energy levels and wellbeing. Using yogic tips you will be able to leave behind habits that no longer serve you.

  3.  (1) Hour Conscious Cooking / Kitchen Set up Session. Learn the basics of cooking for self care with me in your kitchen. Rate: $75
