Sometimes our dreams can feel overwhelming or unattainable. The only way to live the life of our dreams is to take one step at a time, to break through limiting beliefs and obstacles, and put one foot in front of the other.

Think of a coach like a personal trainer. If you wanted to get physically fit but weren’t able to get the results on your own, you would likely hire a personal trainer, right? Because a personal trainer (also a coach) would help you reach your goals by holding you accountable, supporting you, and guiding you.

A (health and life) coach is someone who will ‘hold your hand’ through a customized, transformative experience of shifting you out of your ‘comfort zone’, or your stuck space, to a more empowered place where you are being who you want to be - living your life purposefully, intentionally and authentically.

Through habit change coaching methodology, this approach will help you let go of unhealthy habits or patterns and cultivate healthy habits that turn into behaviors that last.

  • Programs can be customized to meet your needs from 3, 6 or 12 sessions.

  • Each session is 45min and we meet on the phone.
